Terms and Conditions for London Prime Chauffeurs Ltd.
Bookings
LPC accepts bookings by email, telephone and text. Confirmation will be sent by email or text. Short notice bookings (less than 12 hours) should be made by telephone.
Pricing
Our chauffeur service prices vary depends on the vehicle used. We have a flat hourly rate in London and surrounding area, charges will start after 15 minutes from agreed collection time. Parking fees, congestion charges, road tolls or any other expenses requested by clients will be included in the billing, and a copy of the receipt will be provided upon request. Our price list can be found on our website or can be sent as a PDF file via email or text.
Airport Transfers
LHR, Luton, Stanstead and Gatwick have a flat rate for salon and LPV cars with a free 45 minutes waiting time. Our drivers usually meet and greet our clients at the arrival hall holding a sign-board with the client’s name and flight number.
Deposits and Cancellation fee
Deposits maybe requested to secure bookings for popular events and peak seasons. Cancelation fees will apply if there is less than 24 hours’ notice.
50% cancelation fee apply to airport transfers
2 hours fees apply for As Directed jobs.
Billing and Payments
Invoices will be sent by email at the end of each job. Our bank details are detailed on the invoice for BACS, credit and/or debit card are accepted by telephone or online payments and receipt will be provided immediately.
Drivers
All our drivers are DBS/CRB checked and licensed Private Hire Work. If you have complaints about any driver or their conduct, please write to the office by email or post. Where your complaint will be followed up by the managing Director of the business.
Vehicles
Smoking is always prohibited inside the vehicle. Passengers maybe held liable for the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle from inside. This may include damage through careless operations, spillage of liquid or food. Valet service charges maybe added to the invoice accordingly. All our vehicles are fitted with seat belts and it is passengers responsibility to ensure they are worn at all times whilst in the vehicle. Children under the age of 16 travelling are the responsibility of the accompanying adults. Baby car seat will be provided upon request.
In the event of car breakdown or other unforeseen circumstance, London prime Chauffeurs Ltd reserves the right to replace the vehicle of similar size and seating capacity to the original booking. However, this is not always guaranteed, we may send alternative vehicle not similar to the one used, depending on availability.
Baggage
Customers are responsible for their own luggage at all times. London Prime Chauffeurs will not be held responsible for any lost or damage goods. All suitcases will be placed inside the boot, hand luggage can be carried inside the vehicle.
Code of Conduct
London Prime Chauffeurs reserves the right to terminate the service at anytime if any form of verbal or physical abuse was used against the company staff or the customer. Any unlawful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.
The Managing Director will carry out an immediate investigation and will take the appropriate action required accordingly.
Private Hire License and Insurance
A copy of the company license and insurance is available upon request.
